Water meter installation

1. Select the correct caliber of the water meter;

The installation location should avoid exposure, flooding, frozen and pollution, convenient to disassemble, meter reading. The newly installed tube must rinse the sand, hemp and other debriss in the pipe and then load the water meter, so as not to cause a water meter failure;

3, the water meter should be installed upstream and should be installed, and it should be made to open;

4, the water meter is downstream to install the necessary straight pipe sections or equivalent rectifiers, requiring the length of the upstream straight pipe section not less than 10 days, the length of the downstream straight pipe section is not less than 5d (D is a nominal diameter of the water meter). For eddy current caused by the bend or centrifugal pump, a rectifier must be installed before the straight pipe;

5, when the water meter is installed, you should pay attention to the water wilt downstream pipelet water in the water surface of 0.5m or more, and the waterproof cause is not accurate in the pipeline in the pipe.

6. The water meter is excellent in anti-blocking performance, but it is sensitive to stretched sediment and weeds in the pipeline, which should be avoided during use. If there is silty sand and weeds in the pipe, it should be cleaned in time, otherwise it will affect the normal metering of the water meter.
